Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of the Advisory Agent website and its general information. Contracting entity details and final legal validity require approval by an authorised business and legal reviewer.

01

Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Advisory Agent (“we”, “our”, or “us”), part of Blue Green Advisors, at advisoryagent.ai.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the website immediately.

Please Note: Information presented on this website is general and exploratory. Project scope, deliverables, fees, support, and other commercial commitments are established only in documents agreed for the relevant engagement.

02

Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the underlying code, security tokens, or infrastructure of the website.
  • Use automated crawlers, scrapers, or bot mechanisms that impose unreasonable loads on our servers.
  • Send false, fraudulent, or malicious communications through the website or its linked contact channels.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property, copyright, or trademark rights of Advisory Agent or any referenced third-party organisations.
03

Our Services & Engagements

Advisory Agent offers productised AI Chat Agent implementation and support. Each engagement is scoped around approved business information, customer enquiry handling, and an agreed human handover process.

Website descriptions and introductory discussions do not constitute a binding commercial offer. Project commitments, technical deliverables, support arrangements, fees, and delivery schedules take effect only when agreed in writing by the relevant parties.

04

Quotes, Pricing and Payments

Pricing and payment terms are provided in the proposal or agreement for the relevant engagement. No price displayed or discussed informally is binding unless it is included in an agreed document.

Any setup fee, ongoing support charge, payment schedule, tax treatment, or third-party cost allocation must be stated in that agreed document.

05

Project Scope and Deliverables

Each project follows an agreed specification. Changes to scope, integrations, timing, fees, or responsibilities must be agreed in writing before they become part of the engagement.

Handover, documentation, implementation assistance, and post-launch support are provided only to the extent stated in the applicable agreed scope.

06

Intellectual Property Rights

Website Content: Website content may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights belonging to the applicable rights holders.

Client Work: Ownership, licences, permitted use, and any transfer of project deliverables are determined exclusively by the written agreement for that engagement. This website does not itself grant or assign intellectual property rights.

07

Client Responsibilities

Successful implementation requires collaborative participation from your team. Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, verified source documentation and brand guidelines for training chat agents.
  • Ensure timely access to relevant software platforms, API keys, and administrative permissions.
  • Designate responsible team members for project review, feedback, and user testing.
  • Comply with all statutory regulations and third-party terms of service applicable to their industry.
08

AI Limitations & Disclaimer

Artificial intelligence, large language models, and machine learning systems generate outputs based on probabilistic patterns. As with all current AI technologies:

  • Outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unexpected phrasing (“hallucinations”).
  • AI tools should never replace professional legal, financial, or medical counsel.
  • Appropriate human review, moderation, and verification mechanisms must be maintained for sensitive, high-impact business decisions.

The safeguards, review process, technical configuration, and third-party providers applicable to a Chat Agent depend on the agreed implementation. No AI system can be assumed to operate without error in every circumstance.

09

Limitation of Liability

The website provides general information and is not a substitute for professional advice. Any exclusions or limits of liability must be reviewed for legal validity and are governed by the applicable written terms and mandatory law.

Project-specific liability, service availability, third-party dependencies, and any agreed liability cap are determined by the written agreement for the relevant engagement. No particular AI, hosting, or software provider is identified by these website terms.

10

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory updates. Any changes will be posted directly to this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website following the posting of revised Terms indicates your acceptance of the changes.

11

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the relevant business engagement contract. Both parties agree to first seek in good faith an amicable negotiated resolution before initiating formal legal proceedings.
